Barrister Jawad Khalid Niazi is a law graduate of the University of Leeds, UK, and was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, United Kingdom. Before establishing his own law chambers, he trained with leading law firms in Pakistan and completed mini-pupillage with prominent chambers in the UK
He maintains a broad-based practice spanning commercial, tax, constitutional, intellectual property, and general civil litigation. His clients include multinational corporations, government and regulatory bodies, non-governmental organizations, and private individuals.
Barrister Niazi regularly appears before and has represented major regulatory authorities such as the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Cantonment Boards, and the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA). He has also successfully defended and represented clients in high-stakes white-collar criminal litigation, including matters before the NAB, FIA, and Anti-Terrorism Courts.
Alongside his practice, he serves as a visiting faculty member at the School of Law, Bahria University, Islamabad, where he contributes to the academic development of future legal professionals.
