Barrister Wahab Ali Khan is an Advocate of the High Court of Pakistan, and Partner at Laksons & Co Law Chambers.He studied bachelor of laws from the University of London, whereafter he went on to study the bar professional training course from London and was called to the Bar of England and Wales. He is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.
He also holds a Masters of law degree from the University of California, Berkeley. At Berkeley, he also undertook an additional training in the masters of business administration from the HAAS business school University of California, Berkeley.
Barrister Wahab Ali Khan has a broad practice across the range of work undertaken in civil and corporate matters, with a particular focus on commercial litigation and arbitration. He appears regularly as an advocate before the High Courts as well as the District Courts in matters relating to contractual, regulatory and constitutional disputes.
Having strong academic and professional background in Domestic and International Arbitration, regularly appears on behalf of the clients in arbitration proceedings and matters incidental thereto before the domestic Courts of Pakistan. He has a strong grasp with the rules and procedures particular to the Arbitration Act, 1940 and also with the rules and procedures of the various institutions, including those of the ICC, LCIA, AAA, SIAC, DIAC, EAA, HKIAC and ICSID, as well as the UNCITRAL rules.
Along with representing clients in contentious work, he is also engaged by various entities for advise in transactional matters. His experience in non-contentious work includes providing consultancy on different stages of commercial transactions of all kinds in the light of both regulatory as well as commercial aspects. He was recently engaged in matters relating to cross border financial transactions of a multinational corporation, and in matters relating to internal restructuring of a private limited company.

Barrister Jawad Khalid Niazi is a law graduate of the University of Leeds, UK, and was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, United Kingdom. Before establishing his own law chambers, he trained with leading law firms in Pakistan and completed mini-pupillage with prominent chambers in the UK.
He maintains a broad-based practice spanning commercial, tax, constitutional, intellectual property, and general civil litigation. His clients include multinational corporations, government and regulatory bodies, non-governmental organizations, and private individuals.
Barrister Niazi regularly appears before and has represented major regulatory authorities such as the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Cantonment Boards, and the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA). He has also successfully defended and represented clients in high-stakes white-collar criminal litigation, including matters before the NAB, FIA, and Anti-Terrorism Courts.
Alongside his practice, he serves as a visiting faculty member at the School of Law, Bahria University, Islamabad, where he contributes to the academic development of future legal professionals.

Mr. Syed Naimat Ali Naqvi is a qualified Advocate/Attorney at Law. Mr. Naqvi has substantial experience in the legal profession and has formerly worked in various leading firms of Pakistan. Mr. Naqvi is one of very few lawyers in Pakistan who provides his legal services in the field of Blockchain technology & cryptocurrencies/virtual assets.
Mr. Naqvi has significant expertise in corporate, civil & criminal laws. He has been advising and acting for various consortiums and companies in respect of their various litigations and disputes.
Mr. Naqvi has very vast experience in Intellectual property laws & provides legal services for securing Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs), protections granted to the creators of IP, and include Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents, Industrial Design Rights.
